The Akron Global Business Accelerator is also known as the Akron Industrial Incubator. This 200,000 square foot business incubator is supported by the City of Akron, the University of Akron, the State of Ohio and the Akron Development Corporation. It offers manufacturing assembly space as well as wet lab space and is positioned to support biotechnology and international life sciences companies. The Akron Global Business Accelerator also collaborates with the Helsinki Incubator in Finland.
